At Flashly, we aim to make your experience smooth and hassle-free. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, you can contact us at:

Once your cancellation request is confirmed:

  • The order will be cancelled
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Returns (After Delivery)

If you receive your order and would like to return it, you can raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, email us with:

  • Order invoice
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the original packaging
  • Unboxing video (recorded at the time of delivery)

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after pickup
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • A nominal shipping fee may be deducted

Return Eligibility

Your return will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Unboxing video is provided
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Replacement (Defective / Wrong Product)

While all Flashly products go through strict quality checks, in rare cases, if you receive:

  • A defective product
  • A product with manufacturing issues
  • A wrong item

You can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement, email us with:

  • Order invoice
  • Product images
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing video

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
